Ice Skating with Aunt Kim

IMG_2267.jpg

Just before Halloween, Alexandra and Sophia's ice skating school had a party. And, they could invite their friends. At that time, S had just had his wisdom teeth removed, and I was nursing a bum ankle, along with being pregnant. So, neither of us could really skate with him. Aunt Kim said she would skate with him if we brought him along. So, we did, and the boy had a great time. Here are some photos:

Kids could wear costumes.
We decided that would be too much for LM, since he doesn't skate often.

Cousins in the Pumpkins

So, back near Halloween, I shared some photos of the Dallas cousins in their costumes at the Arboretum. We also had them change clothes and we took these photos, some of which are, in my opinion, darn cute:

While they don't look as alike as they did as infants, they still look related, no?

I decided to crop this one on the slant. Not sure I like it.

Pumpkin Patch

One weekend in October, we set out to visit a pumpkin patch. We took a suggestion from a friend of a friend to try a new one a bit north of here. It was a nice place, and as you will see, LM had a great time. But sister, it was SO CROWDED! I think we'll try another one next year:

IMG_2093.jpg
There were two hay mazes - one for little kids, and one for bigger kids.

IMG_2097.jpg
And, as you will see, there were TONS of cutouts.

By FAR his favorite part - the bounce house.
They had these segregated by age as well, which was also great.
