Fun at the Park

We went out to celebrate the beautiful weather with a walk to the park and around the lake. When we arrived at the park, we put Little Man in a swing. He started FREAKING OUT! He has never done this before, except briefly at Alexandra's birthday party. I'm not sure what it's about, but he wanted nothing of it. So, we tried swinging with Daddy. It was only marginally successful and did not last long.

But, everything else on the playground, 

including very tall slides that scare Mommy, was still fun.

This one is not the scary tall one.

Here, a bigger kid was jumping on the bridge.

That was fun to him.

This is the one that scares Mommy a bit.

However,

I am clearly the only one who cares.

That tongue is a big help - even on the playground.

I'm so glad we've gotten out into the nice weather. This weekend is supposed to be cold and rainy, and then we'll be in probably cold, mostly rainy Europe for a a few days so it was good to get out in the good stuff for a spell!
