You might not actually see any strawberries in this post - just warning you now. While in Indy, we went over and checked out the 21st annual strawberry festival with Mom, Steve, Terri and the kids. We arrived before most of the serious traffic got there, which was nice. We did have some strawberry shortcake when we went inside for a bite to eat, but I didn't take a photo of that! The strawberry festival is hosted by the local fire department, and offers lots of opportunities for looking at and climbing on fire trucks and other equipment. Here are some photos:

We tried for a photo of all five of them - Gibson wasn't feelin' it.
And neither were the four in the photo, really.
Then, there was an opportunity to spray the firehose!

The kids had fun watching them make stuff out of balloons.
