Tuesday's 2nd Birthday

The Little Man's little girl pal these days is Tuesday. He calls her "TuTu". Her birthday was the Saturday after his, but as you know, I'm in catch up mode, so here is her party recap:

There is the birthday girl!

Her party was Elmo themed, held at Chuck E Cheese. When LM and TuTu saw one another, they started dancing and then they hugged. It was pretty cute, I have to say.

The Little Man came dressed in an Elmo-clad shirt for the occasion.

He got reacquainted with Chuck, too, 

since it had been about a year since his last sighting.

He watched Chuck dance, too.

Then we ate pizza. LM and TuTu had to sit next to one another.

In matching high chairs.

Then it was time for cake!

And Chuck came out.

TuTu was crowned by Chuck.

She was altogether fairly dubious about this turn of events.

LM found it all very amusing, though!

Time to blow out the candle!

Then there was time for more dancing and games.

Oh, and eating. LM went back to eat more pizza.

You can see he had the table to himself this time.

TuTu opened presents too. 

She received some very nice gifts.

Eventually LM went back out to play. 

And so did Tuesday - here she is playing skeeball with her Dad.

I tried to get a photo of them together. 

This is the best one. They were both tired by this point, I think.

It was a fun party! The kids had a blast, and it wasn't too horrible on the adults either. Ha. We see TuTu at school almost every day - she tells us "hi" and "bye" and is very glad to see LM every day. LM transitioned to his new room a week late, because we were in San Diego during transition week. TuTu had a horrible transition week and transitioned AGAIN with LM the next week. With him back in class, she did great. They are good buddies for sure. It was nice for LM to be able to go to her party!
