Christmas at the Zoo

While we were in Indy, we went to Christmas at the Zoo with Dad and Torchy. It was cold, but since you went in and out of buildings, and we were bundled up, it wasn't too bad. Actually, I was wondering why the Dallas Zoo doesn't do something like this - I mean, we have much milder winters - if people come out in Indy, why wouldn't people come out in Dallas? But what do I know. Anyway, we had a great time, and here are the photos to prove it:

The boy and I in our stylish winter wear...
...and we grabbed that blanket from Dad's for extra coverage.
In case you were wondering.

The snow - and the sea lion - were real.
Not scenery.

LM and S riding the carousel.
Lights everywhere, but the carousel was virtually in the dark.
It was cold, but LM seemed to like it!

It was a great night out - after the zoo, we went for pizza. We enjoyed having the time with Dad and Torchy.

See you soon.
