It's snowing in Dallas this morning, so why not reminisce about Indiana snow! We barely made it to Indy on the day after Christmas. I mean, we made it alright, about an hour late, but our flight was one of only two that made it in from Dallas on American that day. They had about 10 inches of snow descend on them then, and so it was touch and go there for a while. But, the amount of snow pleased the boy to no end. He had such a nice time playing in it, and experiencing snow falling out of the sky. And so we had such a lovely time watching his amazement and happiness:
Hi Mom!
(I was inside where it was warm, shooting through the window!)
He found the snow on his mittens and was pretty excited.
Then it snowed again, and S and LM shoveled the walk and driveway for us.
He was so proud to be helping Daddy, and to have his own shovel!
Such concentration!
Some sort of fish face, or warming up his bottom lip.
There are more snow photos to come, on another day. We had lots of opportunities for snow!!!
Great job of capturing our Winter surroundings. Somehow you make a very cold environment look more beautiful than it is. I know Luke will enjoy seeing himself in the snow that his Mom grew up with.
